Using only premium materials that ensure the highest performance, we build your components and systems – by hand. Our highly skilled production team members work with our engineers and manufacturing specialists and hand-build each of your components individually. Special requests or assembly needs? No problem since we are hands-on with every component we create for you. Potential assembly flaws or quality concerns? Our specialists identify them in real time and ensure every potential issue is remedied before a product leaves their hands.
For each project we execute, each of our Assemblers receives an Assembly Instruction Manual prepared by the Quality Assurance Team and approved by the Manufacturing Manager.
OUR QA PROCESS IS PRODUCT-SPECIFIC.
We develop a unique quality assurance plan for each of your components.
As unique as our hand-made production approach is, so is our product-specific quality assurance process.
Rather than utilizing standard testing methods, we develop a specialized quality assurance plan for each product and component we make. Our engineers and quality specialists utilize advanced test equipment to measure and verify every product’s specific performance. They also certify each component’s reliability and durability so you can rest assured it will deliver the premium performance you demand.

ENHANCING GLOBAL SECURITY
When a former federal secret security agent invented a sophisticated security device called the POSSE (Point of Sale Security Examiner) currently used in numerous airports and other secured facilities, he contracted with GreyStar Electronics to manufacture these POSSE units The patented device can instantly identify the presence or absence of security elements of ID cards, currency, checks, money orders, and credit cards.
GreyStar was instrumental in advising on the final design, as well as providing manufacturing services, allowing the POSSE unit to deliver consistently outstanding performance.
